📚 Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Computer literate
  • SAP system knowledge (added advantage)
  • Hospital environment knowledge (added advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Must be willing to rotate across Patient Administration sections
  • Prepared to work shifts / flexi hours

📝 Key Duties

  • Patient registration (wards, clinics & Accident and Emergency)
  • Accurate capturing of patient information (manual & SAP system)
  • Updating and controlling patient files
  • Revenue collection for services rendered
  • Handling enquiries professionally
  • Rotation across patient administration departments
  • Perform additional tasks as allocated by supervisor
