📚 Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer literate
- SAP system knowledge (added advantage)
- Hospital environment knowledge (added advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Must be willing to rotate across Patient Administration sections
- Prepared to work shifts / flexi hours
📝 Key Duties
- Patient registration (wards, clinics & Accident and Emergency)
- Accurate capturing of patient information (manual & SAP system)
- Updating and controlling patient files
- Revenue collection for services rendered
- Handling enquiries professionally
- Rotation across patient administration departments
- Perform additional tasks as allocated by supervisor
