ERSBio is on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Copywriter or Content Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help us shape meaningful, accessible, and professional content for our training platform, designed to support learners in understanding biometric software, time & attendance tools, and other HR solutions.

✍️ Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging, easy-to-understand content for our training platform and internal resources.

Work closely with developers, designers, and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, informative, and learner-centric.

Translate technical product features into digestible, user-friendly language.

Collaborate on content strategy across multimedia platforms (e.g., video scripts, help articles, onboarding docs).

Apply UX writing best practices for better information architecture and flow.

Ensure tone, style, and voice remain consistent across all communication.

📚 Ideal Candidate Profile:

Exceptional written communication skills.

Experience in digital content creation, copywriting, or content strategy.

Ability to distill technical concepts into simple, instructional language.

Bonus: background in eLearning, training, SaaS, or instructional design.

Familiarity with SEO principles and UX writing is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
