The Department of Employment and Labour is seeking to appoint 67 Claims Officers within its Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) division. This opportunity is open to entry-level candidates, making it perfect for youth who have completed Grade 12 (Matric) and are looking to enter the public sector.

🧾 Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a UIF Claims Officer, you will be expected to:

Refer complicated cases to senior officers or supervisors

Ensure adherence to UIF policies, turnaround times, and compliance
