As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department across a wide range of functions. These include recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance with labour laws, payroll coordination, and performance management. The successful candidate will be expected to provide sound HR advice and ensure a high standard of people practices throughout the organisation.

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
  • Support payroll processes and HR administration
  • Advise on labour law compliance and company policies
  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
  • Update and manage HR records and databases
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Support performance management and disciplinary processes

๐ŸŽ“ Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or similar field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Thorough understanding of South African Labour Legislation
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
