🧠 Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and operations teams

Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and quotations

Maintain and organize company documentation, contracts, and procurement files

Coordinate supplier engagements and procurement schedules

Track deliveries and ensure alignment with supply chain objectives

Compile reports and support compliance documentation for bids

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments professionally

Perform general office duties such as filing, typing, reception, and meeting coordination

✅ Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

Relevant qualification or certificate in Office Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

1–2 years of administrative or tender-related experience (advantageous)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication, written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and time management

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
