✅ Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
✅ Minimum Grade 10 education
✅ Valid Code 10 driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
✅ At least 2 years of driving experience
✅ A clean criminal record
✅ Experience working with key populations or in community outreach programmes is advantageous

📋 Key Responsibilities:
As a Code 10 Driver for TB HIV Care, your role will be mission-critical. Your job won’t just be about getting from point A to B—it’s about ensuring the safety, efficiency, and success of outreach operations.
Your duties will include:
🚐 Transporting outreach staff to various field sites daily
🔐 Ensuring the safety of all team members while on duty
🔍 Performing daily vehicle inspections and reporting any issues
🧾 Recording mileage and vehicle usage in detailed logbooks
⛽ Reconciling fuel usage and submitting reports to the Finance Department
🚦 Complying with THC’s fleet management, road safety, and traffic regulations
🛠️ Supporting staff with additional duties as required by the team or Programme Manager
