Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting NQF Level 3 Business Administration Learnership within the Human Resources Department.

This opportunity is specifically for persons living with disabilities who are ready to gain structured workplace experience in a leading FMCG environment.

About The Programme

The learnership combines formal theoretical training with structured on-the-job experience over a 12-month period.

Successful candidates will provide administrative support to HR teams, especially during peak business periods and staff leave cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete the NQF Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Provide administrative and HR support
  • Assist during busy operational periods
  • Participate in structured learning and practical work experience

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
  • English and one additional South African language (40%)
  • South African Citizen
  • Between 18 – 35 years old
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must not be enrolled in full-time studies
  • No criminal or negative credit record
  • Must not have completed the same NQF Level 3 qualification before
  • Must be an Employment Equity candidate
  • Must provide a valid doctor’s note confirming disability (with practice number)

Candidates must be willing to commit fully to the 12-month programme and attend required classes.

Stipend: Paid in line with SETA requirements.
