Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme for Unemployed Learner Visual Merchandisers in Gauteng.

This structured, work-based programme is designed to equip learners with commercial knowledge and practical skills in sales, merchandising, customer service, and brand execution.

Role Overview

The learner will support merchandising standards, grow product volume, assist customers with order-taking processes, and ensure brand visibility in assigned areas. The role reports to the Account Developer.

Learners will collaborate with sales teams, engage with consumers, and receive structured training and performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily call schedules across assigned outlets
  • Implement visual merchandising and stock rotation standards
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in line with RED standards
  • Complete iRED surveys and execution scorecards
  • Support customers using the MyCCBA ordering platform
  • Assist with promotional activities
  • Provide relief support when required

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
  • Grade 12 English + second language (minimum 40%)
  • South African Citizen
  • Aged between 18 and 35
  • Must be unemployed at time of appointment
  • No criminal or adverse credit record
  • Available to work six days per week
  • Must not be currently enrolled in studies or another learnership
  • Driver’s Licence advantageous

Advantage: Post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing.

This learnership requires learners to obtain 120 credits over a 12-month period to qualify.
