About the Role

Edge is hiring a Client Brand Ambassador to work in-store, engaging customers, providing product information, and achieving daily targets. This role is target-focused and ideal for individuals who are driven, reliable, and confident speaking to people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively approach and engage customers in-store.
  • Explain the product offering clearly and confidently.
  • Guide customers through account opening processes.
  • Work towards and achieve daily performance targets.
  • Maintain a professional and neat appearance.
  • Build respectful relationships with store staff and management.

Requirements

  • Matric certificate is required.
  • Target-driven with strong personal accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a retail/store environment.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and develop product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and punctuality.
  • Must live close to Chris Hani Mall for ease of travel.
