About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to provide safe, prompt, and efficient delivery services to BUCO’s clients. The successful candidate will ensure all items are delivered in full, without damages or shortages, while maintaining excellent customer service and company values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering goods safely and on time
  • Ensuring the vehicle is neatly packed
  • Preventing damages and breakages
  • Supervising and assisting with loading
  • Performing daily vehicle inspection checks
  • Reporting defects and maintaining the vehicle
  • Supplying correct quantities and preventing shortages
  • Managing delivery notes and authorizations
  • Collecting COD monies
  • Reducing costs on vehicles
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Upholding and promoting company culture and values

Job Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Code 10 (Heavy Vehicle) or Code 8 (Light Vehicle) license for 3501 – 9000 kg
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
