✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a Person with a Disability (valid medical proof required)
  • Grade 12 / Matric qualification
  • Minimum of 6–12 months’ experience in a call centre or customer service role
  • Strong interest in customer engagement and effective communication
  • Willing to commit to the full 12-month learnership programme
