✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Person with a Disability (valid medical proof required)
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification
- Minimum of 6–12 months’ experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Strong interest in customer engagement and effective communication
- Willing to commit to the full 12-month learnership programme
