✅ Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered:
Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 Qualification
At least 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse, retail, or distribution picking role
Valid forklift licence (advantageous but not compulsory)
Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable lifting boxes or goods as part of regular duties
Strong attention to detail to ensure correct item selection
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick stock from shelves based on order slips or scanning systems
Prepare, pack, and label orders for dispatch
Maintain stockroom organisation and cleanliness
Report stock variances, damaged items, or inventory issues promptly
Use scanners, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if licensed)
Assist with stock takes and inventory counts
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Work collaboratively with dispatch, receiving, and inventory teams
