🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Pick and prepare orders accurately based on pick slips and customer requests

Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and handling of all outgoing stock

Operate within warehouse safety protocols at all times

Assist with stock-taking, cycle counts, and general inventory checks

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking zone

Communicate any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately

Collaborate with dispatch, receiving, and inventory teams for smooth operations

✅ Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)

Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment (advantageous)

Valid forklift license will be a strong advantage

Good physical health – the role involves standing, walking, lifting, and packing throughout the shift

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Basic knowledge of warehouse systems or inventory software will be beneficial
