✅ Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate (NQF Level 4)
At least 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate professionally under pressure
A friendly and approachable demeanor
