A reputable logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing operation is currently recruiting for a reliable and physically fit individual to join their team as a Loader. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for candidates who have a keen eye for detail, good numerical skills, and are prepared to work in a physically demanding environment.

This role is essential to the success of the distribution chain and involves loading and unloading stock, ensuring accuracy, and following safety protocols.

✅ Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following entry-level requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4)

Basic numerical ability – must be able to count stock accurately

Able to perform physical/manual labour tasks (lifting, carrying, loading)

Punctual, dependable, and hardworking

Able to work in warehouse or industrial environments (dust, cold, noise)

Attention to detail and safety-conscious

Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours when necessary

Load and offload products manually or using basic equipment

Ensure accurate stock loading according to pick slips or manifests

Secure loads correctly for safe transport

Identify and report damaged goods or stock discrepancies

Maintain cleanliness and order in loading/unloading zones

Work efficiently with warehouse teams, drivers, and supervisors

Comply with health, safety, and operational protocols
