  • ✅ Matric / NQF Level 4 qualification
  • ✅ At least 6 months' experience in a customer service or call centre environment (preferred)
  • ✅ Fluency in English, Zulu, Sotho and/or Afrikaans
  • ✅ Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • ✅ Ability to multitask, resolve issues quickly, and work under pressure
  • ✅ Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
