To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

✅ Must be currently unemployed and actively seeking development

✅ Willing to commit to a 12-month learnership contract

✅ Be punctual, disciplined, reliable, and take initiative

✅ Possess strong communication skills

✅ Basic computer literacy is essential (MS Word, Email, Internet usage, etc.)

✅ Be eager to learn and contribute positively in a team setting
