✅ Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent

At least 3 months relevant administrative experience

Computer literate (proficient in MS Office, data entry)

🎯 Primary Responsibilities

Act as the front-line telephone liaison for customers reporting electricity faults

Accurately record fault details and ensure dispatch to the LV Control Officer

Support peer clerks during periods of high call volume

Perform general clerical duties, including filing and documentation

Maintain professionalism and customer-focused communication throughout interactions
